Yo-yo’ing ferritin causing extreme hair loss?

My hair is coming out in clumps. CLUMPS. It just started this past month despite having ferritin higher than past years. My Ferritin stats: 2023: 3 2024 w/ supplements: 7 2025 April w/ infusion: 52 2025 August: 24 2025 October: two infusions back to back 2025 November: extreme hair fallout starts

I’m due for a bloodwork update to recheck my ferritin levels. Has anyone experienced hair issues after infusions?
