Customer ID verification

Friend of mine has no Reddit, posting for them. They were delivering chicken feed and generic cough medicine to a rural area with no service. They show up, sweet older lady waddles out in a robe, coughing/obviously ill, grateful that they carried the chicken feed to the right spot. App asks to scan ID. Lady says she has no ID, hasn’t in years. Friend scanned their OWN ID for age verification instead of cancelling order. How fucked are they? It’s been a week now and they haven’t been deactivated, but when they told me this I knew I had to run to this sub lol
