Leak free (real) cotton pads that don’t feel like a diaper?

I’m trying to make the switch to cotton pads, but I feel like pads that are mostly cotton fall into one of two categories: they’re thinner and they can leak or or they don’t leak but they feel like a diaper. Anyone have recommendations?

For context, I use always infinity flex foam pure cotton pads but recently theyve been making me itch down there
