Considering leaving my unit

I’ve had issues with a couple of nurses on my unit who just don’t like me literally since I started three years ago I’ve been reported for the dumbest shit like refusing to physically be a human restraint (which is illegal so how I was the one in trouble for refusing to do what they asked is beyond me) and for refusing to put an independent patient on a bedpan while the nurse played on her phone, like patient just asked for help carrying chest tubes

Anywho considering leaving my unit for a fresh start and wondering people’s thoughts I’ve spent three years here I could do step down unit or I could do float pool (currently in ICU) is it even worth seeing if there is less catty drama elsewhere?
