Pc Build for Unreal Engine 5 + gaming

Hello everyone! I just started studying game design at uni and want a future proof set up that can run Unreal Engine without issue and obviously play the newest games.

i have the following build in mind. Is there anything obviously wrong with it? Or parts i really should reconsider? Or incompatibilities i am not aware of? I am worried about my motherboard for example.

And if anyone has tips in EU for ram..i will happily listen. The ram i got was 550 and is on back order. Just felt like it made more sense than getting 64gb for 400. I also dont care about rgb at all !
