Returning to War Robots

I'm returning to War Robots after leaving in 2021. Should I even bother? I'd be starting fresh on PC casually and f2p. I used to be fairly decent when I played a lot with the orkan spectre and glory ao jun. I slowed down and quit when the orochi meta started. I'd be aiming to get one robot leveled up and expecting it to compete with meta is this realistic?
