Can a first year Alumni re-recruit with the cycle at their old T15?

Missed the recruitment cycle since I had a job lined up post graduation. I'm a Year 2 and a T15 and was in a good spot thinking I had my job set up until the company told me that role was eliminated. Since I missed the boat on the internship and recruiting, can I do it as an alum next year?
