Sound is completely bugged

Started to play again after a while. The sound for voices is completely screwed and I don’t know how to fix it or why it is even happening. They 2 audios don’t mix between the 2 speakers in the headphones so if you look straight at a person you cannot hear them or barely. It’s also a super sharp cut off between the 2, but it’s only like that for voices and shooting. When you get a cut scene with voices they are completely mute, you have to turn to the side to hear them properly. And on top of that, voices over the radio are completely non existent.

Any ideas?
