Anyone old enough to remember a “crab man” statue that was on the seawall in the very early 90s?

This is a very vague memory I have as a kid of a weird abstract crab-person hybrid on the seawall side, i believe a bit west of Guidos and the Commodore Hotels. This was like 1992 and I was like 5. I always thought it was weird when we passed it but it disappeared at some point in the 90s.
