Creaking noises

Hello everybody. I have a quick question that needs to be answered ASAP. I just bought the qc ultra 2 and everything abt it is great. The only issue currently is that the headband has a sort of issue where whenever flexed or pressed it creates this plastic noise like the two parts aren’t connected well. Also one of the yokes on the left side connected to the earcup is somewhat loose where u can kinda press it in and whenever I walk it sometimes makes this creaky noise. I don’t know if this is a design flaw or the model was made badly but pls help me I’m not sure if I should return because I may not get a full refund (big question is will this go away or will it get worse over time) thanks 🙏
