why do i sneeze twice every morning like clockwork, no allergies

i know the "no stupid questions" rule, but this feels dumb even here. every single morning, i wake up, step out of bed, and ACHOO ACHOO like my shadow's tickling me. it's been years, and i don't have allergies, no pets, no strong detergent, nothing. weird, right?

the other day i sneezed so hard i knocked my glasses into the hamper and just left them there. i tried googling "morning sneeze reflex" but got pages about pollen counts and antihistamines. i tried "why do i sneeze twice" and people bragging about sneezing at bright light... but my room is darker than my coffee.

so, anyone else doing this sunrise duet, or am i just a weirdo with a two-step wake-up routine?
