After approximately 515+ attempts, I finally got the egg. I thought I would go crazy before. For a moment I thought it didn't exist in the game or that due to some bug I was unable to get it.

I'm not proud of the amount of time wasted on this, but I was already determined to achieve it no matter what the cost. I could have bought the egg with 1/4 of the time allotted, but I had already decided to find out how much it would cost me to get it on my own. It took me weeks on end, days where I would only play 2-3 hours doing the same thing over and over again. The really difficult thing was keeping my sanity, but at least while I was killing stingray over and over again I always had a podcast playing in the background or had a conversation on discord. After 100 attempts I didn't even need to concentrate to kill him, I played like a brainless person. It wasn't fun at all.

Dear SDF, I have only words of hate and contempt for this experience. I hope it never happens again. I'm not against super exclusive skins, but at least make it fun, it's a video game, it's supposed to be fun. Make any one or several bosses or minibosses have a ridiculous chance of dropping the item, special chests hidden around the map, a rare mob that can drop it, anything as long as there is variety and you meet players along the way. You can do much better next time.

In the next season, if you see a crazy person who only uses a torch as a weapon and never lets it go, it's me.

I finally got the damn egg
