“Institution” field on recommendation requests

I am working on sending the invites for my recommenders to submit the letters they’ve written for me. One issue I’ve run into is that one of them used to be my professor but since then has left the school. So what should I put in for the “institution” field for the invite? Formerly School Name? Just School Name? Blank? Does it even matter?
