Do dealerships do safety recalls if the vehicle lost part support long ago?

I got a Nissan D21 and it has an open recall from 2002 that was never done for some reason.

I’d like to get it done because it’s for defective seat belts, but Nissan supports parts for it like they already went out of business.

Will a dealership still be able to complete the recall or is it too late because it’s no longer supported?
