16M Had a weird experience

Two days ago I had a panic attack. This Was my first time Having a panic attack. right before, I had the panic attack. My vision was blurry and my hands seemed enlarged. when I had the panic attack. It seemed like I was having a heart attack and my heart would not stop racing. So I went to the hospital. And they just told me I was having a panic attack. I was just doing some Google research and learn of Alice in wonderland syndrome. I don't know if I had that or what. Wanna know opinions
