Need help with a virus trojan:win32/malgent really badly

I got a virus from a discord link from a hacked friend 3-4 days ago ofc if anyones curious so my fault. Last night i discovered a trojan:win32/malgent from windows defender what was located in my trashcan so of course quarantined and removed, offline scan, defender and malwarebytes scans were clean after removing already. i dont have an usb stick currently so i reset my pc anyways but instead of local install i did a cloud install and delete everything etc, formatted my hard drive after since for some reason it doesnt clean it whenever i do a reset. Now it went off again an hour ago (right after i scanned again but still shiwed clean) but this time spam messaging my discord, shut off my pc immediately and reset it so i have a clean slate without anything being logged in to get rid of this thing but i dont know what to do. A friend told me to get onedrive gone incase its coming from there but ive never used any sort of cloud and always deleted onedrive the first thing i do. I still dont have an usb stick to do the basic reinstall nor do i know or have done it before, no. So far it only has fiddled with my epic games logins what it stole fully and my discord. I dont know if my router is infected my switch 2 refused to update games yesterday complained about wifi dns settings but after i reset my switch it didnt happen again. Reset my router and remote admistration is off and i dont see anything weird in there. I dont know what to do and im honestly scared to use my pc.
