Fallen ketubah having similar bad omen to fallen mezuzah?

Our wedding ketubah has been hanging next to our bed since we got married 5 years ago. About a month ago it fell off the wall, and with it seems to have gone the marriage. Tons of fighting, crying, anger outbursts. I know a fallen mezuzah can be a bad omen or be a sign of bad juju, but does the same things apply to a ketubah? I feel like I'm going crazy. We've been so busy that we haven't put the ketubah back up yet but it's been on the to do list for sure
