Fee cash loop

Any idea how to get out of a loop where it asks to download your first game even though you have many downloaded and you've played for a while in order to interact with any page on the app and even after you download that first game that's your hundredth game it still says the same thing so I can't go to cash out I can't do anything this is just happened recently it's been working for months perfectly and now it's just stopped I thought about maybe I'm hacked because I have a lot of psychos in my life and my past but I'm not sure I emailed the support team and they told me to come to Reddit or discord to talk to the community of free cash to look for help rather than the support team doing their job so if anyone can help that would be appreciated by
