Something like survival horror, but with no threat at all?

I know some allow the player to turn off monsters or combat (I know at least the first of The Forest games have this option), but it's not quite the same to me.

I want something spooky, dark, or actually horror themed, survival and exploration based, but there is legitimately no threat. Like Silent Hill, but if you took out the creatures and just had it be a puzzle thing. Yes, this is because those games are too scary for me. The mobs in Minecraft are scary to me (gameplay-wise, not visually or anything).
