Spinpals-Open warning to all—URGENT WARNING: Payout Blocked by Broken Mandatory Tax ID Verification (Approx. $600 Locked)

• Avoid This Platform Until They Fix their Tax Verification Problems—the more you win on this site the harder it becomes to redeem winnings, until finally they will claim “system errors” and not even allow you to submit a redemption… I am filing this complaint to expose serious, recurring issues regarding the prize redemption process and non-existent customer support at SpinPals. Prospective players need to be aware that your funds can be locked indefinitely due to broken systems. The Current Issue: Payout Block I currently have approximately $600.00 in my account that I am attempting to redeem. As of today, November 29, 2025, SpinPals has changed their system and is preventing me from even initiating a redemption request until I complete the mandatory Tax ID verification. • The Problem: The Tax ID verification process is broken and will not accept my information. It consistently fails to process or accept the required tax documentation. • The Result: My legitimate winnings are now locked in my account, and I have no path to withdrawal. History of Systemic Payout Failure This is not my first issue with redemption. I previously managed to receive two payouts, but only after over two weeks of relentless complaining and follow-up, indicating manual override was required. The necessary "Tax Verification" for those previous successful redemptions never processed correctly, confirming that this is a long-standing, critical flaw in their system & when they choose, they can in fact OVERRIDE THE FLAWED VERIFICATION PROCEDURE!

The Problem: Zero Accountability from Customer Service I have been trying to contact support to address this mandatory Tax ID block but have received zero meaningful help or communication. Generic responses tell me to "be patient" or that the issue is "under review," only for the agents to become unresponsive or the chat to end without a resolution. This is a critical security and consumer confidence issue. SpinPals has implemented a mandatory verification gate that does not function, effectively holding customer winnings hostage. I strongly advise others to avoid SpinPals until they fix their broken verification system and provide evidence they can reliably and timely process customer payouts. I demand an immediate manual fix for the Tax ID verification to allow me to initiate my redemption.
