What subscription plan do I need to be able to claim the monthly games like before?

Just came back to the PS ecosystem after years away from my PS4. Back then, you just had PS+ and it gave you a free game to download and keep as long as you were subscribed.

I’m wondering what subscription plan I need to have that perk again? I see there is three plans now: Premium, Extra, and Essential.

Which one do I need to get the free monthly games? Thanks!
