I can't get peaceful sleep if I don't fap

So I(20m) am trying my best to stop fap as I feel I have more things in life so I try to no fap but almost get lost by day 4. But this time it's been 3 days and I am feeling anxious and at the same time it's hard for me to get peaceful sleep. I was able to sleep by doing some coding and making a project I felt the need of sleep with heavy eyes but in the middle of night I was stressed which is absurd and I was stressed about my project like it's not like I should be and I suspect it's because of me not faping. I know faping is healthy but I have done it excessively in past some months I want to make a change in my life please help
