Binged every episode over the last 2 days and I have one question

Are we all okay?

Lmao this show is so wildly absurd and insane but simultaneously so real and lucid?

There's this complex subtext to every interaction and so much well-done sociopolitical commentary but the delivery via such unique animation and voice acting is really what makes it special. There's so much depth of emotion and excellent representation of the mundane in such a real way.

I'm not well educated on animation but the flips between straightforward "cartoonish" and random bursts of hyper realism makes me lose my shit. It kinda reminds me of parts of SpongeBob that I also loved as a kid. More recently, it kinda reminded me of Common Side Effects but much less grounded in reality.

Everything we learn about the universe and the cavalier attitude the Friends have towards that universe just really gets me every time.

I'm really glad the "Allen, we are so fucked" went viral like it did to bring me here

But back to my original question, are we all insane together loving this crazy-ass show or are more sane than everyone else
