I received an email saying that my account will be forwarded to a collections agency, and that I have an outstanding balance of ₱58,000. Is it still possible to coordinate directly with the bank instead of dealing with a third-party or collections agency? I read on Reddit that even if a credit card is already cancelled, their payments still went through and were credited. Is that also possible in my case? Thanks po.
