Job wants bridge taken out

got a job at a coffee place, they allow nose and earing piercings only which is just insane to me. normally i would just move on and get a job somewhere else but im in a very tight financial situation and have to go with this job for now. anyone have any experience with this type of thing at all? looking at clear ones online just not sure how they will feel about that when i start. piercing is about 6 months old
