Is it safe to use the AC outlets on the Anker 525 in a 220–240V country?

I have an Anker 525 Charging Station that I bought in the US. The manual says the AC input and output are 125V, but the Anker support page says some versions support 100–240V for international use. I’ve been using it in Egypt on 220–240V for years without issues, but now I’m confused.

Does anyone know if the AC outlets on the US model are actually safe to use on 220–240V, or should they only be used in 110–125V region
