Charlie doesn't call her dad?

Wait... In Season 1 Charlie hasn't called her dad in years but Lucifer calls her, and it's been 5 months since they last spoke until Episode 5?

I wonder what Charlie thinks about her dad? Because when she talks about him she says he's "not that bad" or something?
