Do you notice Changes in FSD behavior after regular (non-fsd) updates ?

I have been noticing that each time I get an update, The FSD will exhibit some strange new behavior. The latest is that lane changes are wonky. Suddenly, after an update, the FSD will hesitate back and forth on a lane change and sometimes even just get stuck going right over the lane line. I am seeing people with HW4 have similar complaint about lane changes

But this isnt the only time I have seen this... I have been hit with about 3 or 4 "Minor fixes/improvements" updates recently and have noticed the FSD acting slightly different.

Another example would be that after an update, my car started hesitating, slowing down at this one spot on a regular route... a spot it never used to do so at before... never... and Both my HW3 cars started doing it, but each after it got an update.

So, I Know we are told that regular updates are NOT fsd updates... but at the same time I am becoming convinced they can tweak behavior with them.

So, Do you notice any changes in FSD behavior after non-FSD updates?
