Raccoon take over

I just bought a place in Danforth and Brimley old bungalow. The property was vacant for sometime before I bought it no inspection rookie mistake. After buying the place I started cleaning the sheds outside the property and realized racoons were living in it. Took them down and cleaned it up which angered the racoon. Next day it made a hole in the shingles and made its way in. I checked it was out so I patched it up. I’m currently not living in the property as I’m renovating the entire place won’t move in till Jan 1st. Then I noticed on the cameras a big racoon scaling down the bricks come to find that it made another opening into the wood of the home at the roof and made its way in literally top center opening hard to see. I don’t know what to do I’m so discouraged it’s my first home and I keep battling racoons. Even if I patch this up it will find a new spot. How do I get rid of them for good? Any companies that will come in fix the openings clean the droppings and get rid of them for good?
