Have anyone passed through the phase of finding parents cheat ? How did you deal with all headache.

As per the title . Have any one experienced or passed from the phase of cheating family members , partners or parents . It can be very traumatic for many people . I'm also experiencing this c*ap and the constant fights between parents other this or any small thing makes it unbearable .

Things like that shouldn't be heard by kids tbh . But unfortunately sense doesn't prevail in them in such moments . Both are accusing one another for their faults while quarelling and both are getting their image destroyed in front of me .

If anyone have faced this , how did you managed it ? Is leaving the house for short time a good way ? What did you do to handle such situations ?
