question about in store pick up.

hi, i am new to shopping at BBW again and need some help!

i am wondering what is needed for in store pick-up?

is it just the confirmation number?

if i hypothetically sent someone else to pick up an item, would they be able to access any of my information from that encounter?

thanks so much guys and apologies if this would be against the rules to ask here.
