Killer Gateway Ability

I was thinking about interesting powers for killers, what do you think about the ability to create gateways the killer can walk through from on side of a wall to another? (think alter from apex)

Probably on a solid cooldown so it can’t be spammed but would create shortcuts through loops and walls the killer can take advantage of. Do you think it would be OP or boring?
