Reflecting on the great year of stability we're soon to be done with.. I just want to say a few words.

I played about 8 hours over the last 2 days.

- I visited Orison for the IAE halls.

I got killed by the shuttle's wing clipping through the floor, then I got to the show floor, entered the cockpit of a ship to get a view from inside, couldn't get out, had to backspace. Then the elevators of the hospital didn't work, had to switch servers. Then I went back to the halls, and in the browsing menu to browse ships to rent pretty much all of them were visually broken in many ways.

- I decided to visit Nyx and Levski.

It took 3 tries to go from Stanton to Nyx, each time I took a U turn and exited the wormhole still in Stanton. When I got to Levski, I tried to land in a hangar, only for something floating in the air to be stronger than my will to live and blow up my ship. No worries, I respawned in Levski for some reason, mission accomplished.

- I decided to try a box delivery mission.

I went to the location, the box was in a destroyed ship, I couldn't for the life of me get the box to move, it was "attached" but midair, with an arrow indicating how to pull it free, didn't work. Ok abandon and pick the same mission, I retrieve the box, get back to the outskirts of Levski, my ship starts spinning out of control with zero way for me to get control back, neither turning the engines off, or doing a counter movement did anything. ok, I get the box, leave the ship spinning his heart out and EVA 1km with the box in hand to reach the entrance of Levski: The place the mission wants me to leave the box in already has another box in it, and it's not movable. OK, rip that.

- I decided to rent a Vulture and try salvaging.

I went to the Glacium rings, looked for panel clusters, all of them spawned bugged with one static version of each panel bugged, and another normal panel clipping through it, I have to yank it out to salvage them, annoying but workable. I fill my ship to the brim with RMC, go back to a station, get out my ship, go to the freight elevator, turn back towards my ship to open the doors, my ship is gone, like it never existed, unknown location in the ASOP terminal. Well, whatever I guess.

- I decide to rent an argo raft and decide to try one of these delivery mission across systems.

See a juicy nearly 300k one, I go collect the materials without any problem, I go to Pyro, go to the first delivery location, deliver half the load, just as I'm thinking "damn this is going well, I'm surprised", I go to get back in my ship and continue to the second delivery POI, and the elevator doesn't want to go back up... I try for 5 minutes many things to get it to go back up.. it just won't. I decide to try logging off and back on, I'm back in the habs of my home location, no ongoing quests. OK.

- I hear someone in chat in need of gunners, I decide to help.

Since nothing's working right, might as well go do the basic crewing someone else's ship. I'm in Stanton, he's in Nyx, I travel like 70Gm to the gate, get to Nyx, get to Levski, I'm in a Perseus that I got from IAE renting, it asks me to dock.. OK let's do this, actually nope, docking is broken. I figure it's okay, I'll just go awkwardly sit my ship sideways on one of the landing pads, I don't care about losing the Perseus anyway.. I do that and flop on one of the pads (I say flop because I'm stuck in docking mode, can't lower landing gears) lower the elevators to get to floor level, and because my landing gear is raised, elevator goes through the floor with me, I figure ok I'll just EVA back up, it's just a few meters, I get stuck immediately and can't move anymore, OK, backspace, respawns back in Orison, home location. OK, maybe I don't want to be a gunner that much.

So yea, now I'm heading to sleep, but I was rented the Mole before going to sleep, if anyone wants to come mining with me tomorrow, I promise everything will be fine and we'll make a lot of steady profit with absolutely no issues whatsoever!
