Oud, perfume, and maybe hammams?

Hi! I love Morocco and lived there for 5 years. My husband is Rabati and we are happy to be coming to visit soon. I would love advice on where to shop for the following. We will be based in Rabat but willing to travel. We've just been in the States so long we don't know where to go for these...

1. Oud (the real stuff) - any recommendations for where to buy?

2. Moroccan perfume. Is there a Moroccan perfume house that we can check out? Not looking for dupes or European brands... But perfumes designed by Moroccans. Will also take recommendations for Middle Eastern perfumes but really am hoping to find a true Moroccan brand.

3. Best hammam in Rabat? Looking for massage and gommage in private rooms.
