Commission on Teacher Credentialing or Department of Education?

Good evening!
First and foremost, I hope everybody had a great holiday break!

Secondly, I was wondering if anyone on here has worked for the Commission on Teacher Credentialing as a Consultant in Teacher Preparation /Program Evaluation and Research? Or Department of Education as an Education Programs Consultant? If so, could you please share your experience? Is telework allowed? How is the work environment? And would you recommend it?
