7 year old sleeping in my bed again

Hello,

My 7 year old has always been great about sleeping in her bed and recently is in a full panic about sleeping alone. She wants to sleep in my bed which I started to let her, but I just cannot do it anymore. I am also autistic and need my sleep. Very sensitive sleeper. Like many moms touched out and need my space. I also get up lots during the night which if she’s in my bed, it wakes her up, so none of us sleep well. But what do I do. She’s miserable in her bed. Tummy aches. Waking at the crack of down Anxious etc. But sleeping with me is making me a horribly grumpy exhausted mom. I have zero time to myself except at bedtime. But otherwise it takes me hours to get her to sleep in her bed.
