Blacklisted from being rehired

Hello all,

I worked at Target in Minnesota for a few years and got terminated back in 2019 or 2020. I got really depressed and was hospitalized multiple times for this and ended up no call no showing multiple times due to being in the hospital. Ive tried reapplying recently and it says im not eligible for rehire. Is there anyone I can talk to about this or is it a done deal?? Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance!
