Looking for a drama name/link

I’m trying to find the name of a short chinese drama (like those on instagram reels) from only a clip I kind of remember. it’s basically this girl, idk if she’s mentally ill or dumb, or just faking, but she’s crouched outside either scribbling on the pavement or playing in a puddle of something like that, then a (probably rich) guy shows up and asks her why she won’t hug him, and she looks confused, then for some reasons (i forgot why) she does hug him, and her house’s servants come come out and scold her, trying to get her off him, but the rich guy scolds the servants instead and keeps her close and pats her head, then he picks her up in a princess carry, and carries her inside her house, then into her room where there’s a lot of drawings/paintings, and another girls follows them (that new girl seems to like the guy and dislike/abuse the dumb/mentally ill girl, and I think they’re sisters or something like that), the guy asks if the dumb/mentally ill girl likes drawing too (cause the new girls ‘draws’ as well, but apparently she steals the dumb/mentally ill girl’s art). Both the dumb/mentally ill girl and the new girl who’s probably her sister, are rich, since they live in a mansion, and I think the rich guy is supposed to be engaged to the girl who I think is the dumb girl’s sister. Again, I don’t 100% remember if the FML is actually dumb or mentally ill, or if she was just faking it for some kind of revenge, since the only context I have is from that one clip on insta reels several weeks ago.
