how can i tell if my adderall dose is too high or just not right?

ive been on 40mg xr for maybe like 4 weeks now and the past like 2ish weeks ive been feeling kinda odd like i cant really describe it. i cant really remember the weeks on adderall before that

executive dysfunction is horrible and ive been incredibly overwhelmed with all this work i need to do.

ive been trying to write this 9 page paper thats due on wednesday but my brain feels like mush and im typing at a pace of like 1 word every 10 minutes. i cant get my thoughts out on paper, or like any thoughts at all. on top of that my disappointment in myself for not being able to do my work is like getting punched in the stomach

i keep getting side tracked by things and questioning myself and overthinking when it comes down to the actual task at hand. i was trying to write 4 pages on friday but i ended up rapidly googling questions that popped into my head so fast that google made me very that i was human 3 times
