Easiest to get Ascended Backpack and Aquation gear?

Hi!

So I just got the three first ascended peaces of gear and weapon from weeklies and dailies. I also got all amulets, rings and accesories in ascended through laurels.

My question is mainly in regards to my missing ascended pieces:

-i assume the other three armor is better to just wait for astral shop to refresh with 3 new ones?

-What is the easiest/ fastest way to get an ascended back piece and ascended aquatic gear?

Thanks alot!
