If darkness is the absense of light, what is the absence of heat?

You'd instictively might say "coldness" but imagine the sun suddenly vanishes, would you say that the ambiental temperature is now 0 degrees celsius? Or even 0 degrees Kelvin?

But if it's not 0 Kelvin then what is it?
