How long after a night of heavy drinking and cocaine should I wait to take half a bar?

Spent all night last night drinking and doing cocaine. Stopped about 5:30 am. It’s now 8pm here. How much longer should I wait to take half a bar of Xanax? Or should I not take it at all? Trying to fight this hangover and rest.
