30th birthday!! where to go/stay! girls trip :)

My friends and I (group of 4) are heading to Bali for the first time for 8 nights/7 days to celebrate a couple of 30th birthdays. We arrive on a Monday and leave the following Monday.

We’re thinking of starting in Ubud for a chill day and then doing some adventure activities (hiking, etc.). After that, we’d like to head down to the beach areas for more of a party vibe. Two of our birthdays fall on the last Saturday and Sunday of the trip, so we definitely want to end with something fun.

Looking for tips on:

-Itinerary suggestions (how to split time between Ubud + beach areas- where to go with only 1 week, adventure activities)

-Hotel/villa recs for 4 people

-Fun ways to celebrate the actual birthdays (dinners, beach clubs, activities, nightlife)

I'm staying solo a week after so any recs on where to go for that too would be awesome!
