Men who have hit rock bottom, how did you turn your life around?

I (26M) have been struggling for a years. Ever since I turned 18 my life has been a roller coaster. Whatever I tried my hands on, I failed despite putting in efforts.

Didn't get into a good engineering college, forced to do B.Sc from a DU college, had to drop out of M.Sc because of family finances. Have a two years gap after grad. 2 years workex in operations.

Lost my father in 2023

SSC CGL 2024- Failed in Tier 2 due to normalisation

IBPS PO 2024 - reached till interview stage but didn't make it to final selection

SBI PO 2025 - Cleared prelims but couldn't clear mains

I quit my job after saving up some amount to prepare fully but this year I am failing in prelims itself.

I feel that I can't get any lower. So here I am asking for advice from fellow men on how they turned their life around
