Smart watch to go with P7

I am looking to get my first smart watch.

I currently have a Pixel 7. I don't know if I will always stick with a Pixel phone going forward. The best options seem to be the Pixel Watch 4 or some Galaxy Watch. Pro/cons of one vs the other?

Would like to buy for Cyber Monday since there are good deals going on.

Thanks.
