Super frustrated with neck tic

My neck tech keeps getting worse and worse. I’m in chemo and it’s causing occipital neuralgia to flare…. Does anybody have any suggestions where to start? I’m going to see my family doctor on Wednesday….. i I’m so seized and in so much pain I have no idea what to do..
