PC randomly shut down - now graphics card is missing from task manager

HARDWARE

Went to use the bathroom and came back to my PC on the start screen. I unlock it and my monitor settings are reset (stuck on 60 fps, wrong screen scale) so I go to change those, only now my option to change my refresh rate is missing. I check my task manager; my graphics card is gone. I checked device manager and it shows up with a yellow warning icon. I tried to open AMD Adrenalin to update/fix my drivers, only to be hit with a "not compatible with your currently installed AMD graphics driver." I don't know what to do. I built this PC back in May - my first ever. I opened my PC and removed the graphics card to look for any signs of damage to no avail. It's so strange to me because it spins to life and outputs video onto my main monitor (DP), but not my second monitor (HDMI.)

Also, I am using Windows 11 version 10.0.26100 Build 26100
