How does synchronization work in Brave?

I recently installed Brave on both PC and Phone,

I created a sync chain on my PC and scanned the QR code with my phone, but it only syncs history, and not all the other features I selected(settings, bookmarks and so on).

Also I prefer to sync unidirectionally from pc to phone and not the other wat around, is there a way to do that?
