PA responsibilities
Does being a PA actually save you from any responsibilities that befall a physician? I keep hearing about how physicians are leaving medicine because of administrative burden, stress, etc. but is it actually better as a PA? I assume that you still have to do your own charting, take your licks with insurance companies and whatnot. The only difference is that for doing much of the same work, you have comparably less liability and salary and you're bottom of the barrel in the hospital. Would you agree with this, disagree, etc.? I am curious and would like to get your thoughts (if you have any) on the current state of the profession and how you think it is going to change. Thanks all
