Application for CCW NYC Question ?

I have been waiting over 15 months for permit from the One police plaza since last year August. The only that change was three months ago that status went to investigation. I tried emailing them about my status I have heard a single word from them. Any idea on how to get in contact with anyone or how do I make this go faster ?
